How to Measure Your Finger
- Take a thin strip of paper or non-stretchable thread.
- Wrap it comfortably around the finger where you intend to wear the ring.

- Measure the marked length in millimetres.

Do not pull the paper or thread too tightly.

- Take a ring that fits the intended finger comfortably.
- Measure the inside diameter from one inner edge to the opposite inner edge.
- Measure in millimetres.
- Do not include the metal thickness.

If you experience a genuine size or fitting issue after receiving an eligible product, you may request an exchange subject to the applicable Exchange Policy.
For a size/fitting exchange:
- The product must satisfy the applicable exchange conditions.
- The product should generally be unused/unworn.
- Original packaging should be retained.
- Original barcode/tag should be intact.
- Applicable accessories, components and inclusions should be retained.
- A different design/product may be selected where permitted, provided it belongs to the same jewellery category and is available in stock.
- If the replacement product costs more, the applicable price difference must be paid.
- If the replacement product costs less, the remaining difference will generally be provided as Store Credit.
- Store Credit is generally valid for 6 months.
